My Wellness Brothers

is a collaboration of two minds on a mission to unravel the secrets that promote lasting health and a true sense of wellbeing. Collectively, Dr. Nathan Rafaelov and Dr. Roman Mushyakov have spent nearly half a century as pharmacy practitioners in the “western medicine” paradigm. Although their careers as licensed pharmacists were prolific, they felt limited in their abilities to provide truly curative treatment plans for their patients.
In fact, each member of My Wellness Brothers, similarly but independently, discovered the vast majority of prescription medications were not only providing minimal improvements in overall outcome, but in many cases causing their patients to deteriorate even faster.
This is how their journey into holistic medicine began. My Wellness Brothers came to the conclusion if they wanted long-term results for their patients they would need a more comprehensive but simpler approach.
They realized that by focusing on the quality of the food we eat, the purity of our drinking water, the quality of the air we breathe, and the quality of sleep we have, we can better determine our health outcomes.
